More talented Flashers

Soon

Steve pulled on his jeans and rushed downstairs when he heard the noise.  He found Todd in the living room, looking half-asleep. He watched him pace up and down the room, cradling the baby in his arms. He was humming softly, trying to quieten it.
“You beat me to the crying tonight,” Steve said, gazing over Todd’s shoulder. “Surely every night won’t be the same.”
“Shh, keep your voice down, I’ve just settled him. We can go back to bed.” He smiled. “Hopefully soon we’ll have a real baby to care for, not just the virtual one we've been loaned.”

  1. OMG! A virtual baby to train new parents?! Who, in their right mind, would volunteer to spend nights on end up with a virtual baby when a real one was coming and they'd soon be up all night for real ?!?! Great post, Gemma! I loved it:) xo
